Delete your DuelyNoted account

1. Open DuelyNoted and sign in
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
3. Review the warning, type DELETE to confirm
4. Confirm once more — your active account and app content are removed when the deletion completes

Deletion applies only to your own signed-in account. Administrator accounts are protected from this self-service flow and are handled separately by the operator.

Email privacy@duelynoted.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". You do not need to create another account to ask for help. We verify the request belongs to you and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within a few days), then confirm by reply.

You can remove specific DuelyNoted data without deleting your account.

In the app, you can delete individual tracked subscriptions, bills or trials, permanently remove cancelled items, clear cancelled history, and clear your savings history while keeping your account active.

If you cannot access the app and want to request deletion of specific data without closing your account, email privacy@duelynoted.app from the email address associated with your DuelyNoted account. Use the subject "Delete specific DuelyNoted data" and describe the data you want removed.

We may need to verify that the request belongs to you before completing it. Your account will remain active unless you separately request full account deletion. Any limited retention described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy will continue to apply where necessary.
