Delete your DuelyNoted account

Deletion is immediate, permanent and free. This page also serves as the account deletion resource required by Google Play and the App Store.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open DuelyNoted and sign in
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
Review the warning, type DELETE to confirm
Confirm once more — your account and data are erased immediately

Can't access the app?

Email privacy@duelynoted.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request belongs to you and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within a few days), then confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your profile and sign-in credentials
Every subscription, bill and trial you added
All reminders and notification preferences
Renewal notes, decisions and Worth-It history
Categories and payment history records
Subscription/entitlement status records

What may be retained, and why

A minimal deletion record — an internal account ID and timestamp, never your email or content — kept up to 12 months for security auditing and to evidence GDPR compliance
Residual copies inside encrypted database backups, purged automatically within 30 days
Support emails you sent us, handled under the retention policy

If deletion fails

If the in-app flow reports an error, try again on a stable connection. If it still fails, email privacy@duelynoted.app and we will complete the deletion manually and confirm.
