How refunds will work
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds are issued by the stores under their policies — we cannot charge your card and we cannot directly refund it either.
Purchased on iPhone/iPad
Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in, find the DuelyNoted purchase, choose "Request a refund".
Purchased on Android
Request a refund from Google Play: play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, find the purchase and select "Request a refund". Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Google Play under its applicable policies and the circumstances of the request.
We'll help you navigate it
If you're unsure how to file the request, or a store refund was refused and you believe something went wrong on our side (for example a billing bug), email support@duelynoted.app — we'll look at it case by case. Cancelling a subscription always stops future charges and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
