Subscription Terms
Current status: DuelyNoted is completely free during early
access. There are no in-app purchases in the current version, and no payment details are
collected anywhere in the app.
When the optional Pro tier launches
These terms will apply to Pro from the day purchases go live:
- Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play — never through our own payment forms
- The exact price is always displayed by the store before you confirm the purchase
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your store's subscription settings
- You can manage or cancel at any time: App Store → Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
- Entitlements are managed via RevenueCat; we receive subscription status, never card details
- The free tier remains genuinely functional — Pro removes limits and adds convenience, it never holds already-entered data hostage
- Refunds are handled by the stores — see the refund policy
