DuelySubscription Terms
These future-facing terms are not currently active. DuelyNoted
currently offers no paid subscription: the current Google Play release contains no purchase flow,
you have no billing relationship with DuelyNoted, and no payment or subscription data is collected
anywhere in the app.
When the optional Pro tier launches
These terms are prospective and will apply to Pro only from the day purchases go live. The exact free and paid feature boundaries will be published before purchases are activated:
- Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play — never through our own payment forms
- The exact price is always displayed by the store before you confirm the purchase
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your store's subscription settings
- You can manage or cancel at any time: App Store → Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
- Entitlements are managed via RevenueCat; we receive subscription status, never card details
- You will be shown the price, renewal period and any material feature restrictions before purchasing. Existing data will remain subject to the access, export and deletion rights described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law
- Refunds are handled by the stores — see the refund policy
